Our Madagascar (vanilla planifolia) beans are very well cured, have amongst the highest vanillin content and a near perfect moisture content of any vanilla bean I’ve ever seen.
All the vanilla beans are plump, round, and firm with rich caviar. None of them are thin or flat. The skin is very moist, supple, and oily. The length is typical for Madagascar grown vanilla at 16-20 cm.
The color, dark brown to brown, is because of the exceptional moisture content. The caviar is super moist and oily, and has a fantastic, rich, traditional Madagascar vanilla aroma.
