Recent shipment of Madagascan Vanilla Beans

Very pleased to receive some Gourmet, TK, and Red Splits. The gourmet are incredibly oily and a rich aroma which permeates the part of my facility where I store them. Vanillin is over 2%, making them great for cooking, pastries, and ice cream. Moisture is 32/33%, making them nice and plump, and the length is an average of 18~19cm, or 7"~7 1/2".
